The MOQ, what about it? Are you willing to tolerate a small initial order quantity?
A: We would want to support your trial order quantity to the best of our ability, thus even 1 piece or 1 kilogramme is acceptable to begin cooperation because we are confident in moving on to a second order with your valued organisation.
What are your terms for payment?
A: New clients often have two payment terms:
1) 30% T/T as a deposit, 70% balance due upon receipt of the B/L copy;
2) 100% Irrevocable L/C payable in cash; Please contact us if you require any additional terms, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long does it take for deliveries?
A: Due to our large daily inventory of more than 8000 tonnes, we can provide standard product sizes in about 5 days from stock; unusual size deliveries require 7 days.
How are the samples doing? Are there any other costs?
A: Yes, we would be happy to provide samples prior to placing an order. If the samples are from stock, they will be free; if they come from a fresh production, there will be a small fee, which will be subtracted from the price of your first order.
